Business Analyst

• Solid understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
• Experience analyzing and reporting statistics, trends and utilization of health care data.

The function of the Business Analyst is to coordinate all aspects of requirements gathering and documentation, as well as bridging communications between the customer and the development teams. This position may include helping the customer understand available data sources, source system data analysis, understanding and gathering source-to-target mapping requirements.

Software Developer

• Designs, develops, and implements software packages for web sites using Microsoft technologies.
• Experienced with troubleshooting, debugging and implementing software code.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Candidate will work in a small group In order to be successful at this position, you should have some experience in relational database design and programming. Your technology expertise should include at least a year of programming in .NET (VB.NET or C#). Strong communication skills will help you be successful in our team environment and with our clients.

Report Writer

• The candidate will work with SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services with focus on creating dashboards, scorecards and other reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver working with peers to resolve technical issues as well as business reporting issues. Must have the ability to thoroughly document, communicate, and adhere to processes. The candidate should have experience working with a BI development lifecycle as well as familiarity with standard methodologies and industry best practices.
