Newark, Delaware is a city of approximately 31,000 located about halfway between Philadelphia and Baltimore, about 12 miles from Wilmington. For Jean-Marie Taylor, MSW, Newark is home to the healthcare management service organization she established almost 15 years ago. CHALLENGE

DMMS had purchased a practice management system to bill for its 80 clients and more than 200 providers, but the system lacked rollup reporting abilities.
